Refund Policy
We offer refunds for the current subscription month only. To ensure a smooth start to our partnership, we provide a 7-day free trial.
Trial Policy
Our 7-day free trial includes the completion of a single task. The specific scope of the task during the trial is determined by us. This is to ensure fairness, as some clients may request complex tasks without intending to continue with our monthly subscription.
Code Ownership
Any code that we write, develop, or modify is 100% owned by the client. We do not claim any rights or ownership over any code, content, or modifications made during our service engagement.
Data Policy
We guarantee the confidentiality of all client access, data, e-commerce information, customers, orders, themes, plugins, and other related details. Client data will never be shared with any other entities. Clients have the right to grant or revoke our access to their data at any given time.
Subscription Policy
Upon subscription, charges will automatically renew each month. All payments and transactions are processed through the Stripe payment gateway. Therefore, subscribers are also subject to Stripe’s policies and terms of service.

We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update these terms of service at any time. Clients are advised to periodically review this document to stay informed.

We respect and uphold the rights of our clients regarding their personal and professional information. All client details, brands, code, and related information remain confidential and secure with us.

We operate on a business-to-business (B2B) model, providing design and development services through monthly subscriptions. All client information, including personal details, brand specifics, and code, is kept confidential and secure. As a service provider, we have the discretion to choose tasks that align with our expertise. Clients are encouraged to familiarize themselves with our capabilities and offerings before entering into a partnership.
